5 Things to Know About the Co-Labor Conference
The Co-Labor Conference is coming up soon, and it’s all about helping Christians think biblically about their daily work. Whether you’re a student, a professional, or someone simply curious about how faith connects with daily work, this gathering has something for you.
Here are five things you should know:
1. This conference is for you!
The Co-Labor Conference exists to equip and encourage Christians to see their daily work as part of God’s mission in the world. Too often, we separate our Sunday worship from our Monday work. This gathering is designed to bridge that gap. The conference is for anyone—students, business leaders, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, and everyday workers—who want to connect their faith with their daily work.
2. There are add-on events for college students and women.
Beyond the main conference, we’re offering two unique add-on events:
College Night: Tailored for students, this event will provide practical guidance on navigating career and faith in the early stages of life and work.
Women’s Faith + Work Breakfast: A time of encouragement and fellowship for women exploring how faith shapes their professional and personal lives.
3. The conference brings together thought-provoking leaders.
We’re thrilled to welcome a lineup of trusted voices who will help us think biblically and practically about faith and work:
Jonathan Pennington (Keynote Speaker) – Renowned scholar, professor, and author who will challenge us to see work as integral to the Christian life.
Harry Nelson – An experienced business leader offering wisdom on how to bridge the Sunday-Monday gap
Dwayne Milioni – Pastor and professor who will bring a pastoral perspective on integrating faith and work.
In addition to the main sessions, there will also be a panel discussion with our speakers.
4. There will be opportunities to connect and fellowship with other attendees.
One of the best parts of The Co-Labor Conference will be meeting others who care about the same things you do. There will be plenty of chances to connect, share ideas, and build relationships that can encourage you in your daily work.
5. Yes, there will be exclusive merch and resources!
No conference is complete without resources to keep the conversation going. Attendees will receive exclusive conference swag as well as access to helpful tools and materials to further explore faith and work in their own context.
The Co-Labor Conference is more than a weekend event—it’s a reminder that the work you do each day matters to God. Register today and join us for a weekend of encouragement, learning, and connection.
