Co-Laborers is an eight-week study walking groups through eight marks of the Christian life: Whole, Fruitful, Transformative, Loving, Shared, Formative, Participatory, and Good. The conviction underneath every session is simple: faithful living in our daily work and ordinary lives is the calling of every believer, not just those in vocational ministry.

Each session includes teaching, Scripture readings, and discussion questions, with select weeks featuring guest essays from contributors across a range of vocations. The study is designed to flex across Sunday school classes, small groups, discipleship groups, one-on-one mentorship, workplace Bible studies, and personal devotions. Wherever it is used, the goal is the same: to help ordinary Christians see that their Tuesday afternoon belongs to God just as fully as their Sunday morning.
